Pricing: All prices listed include one color one location silkscreen imprint except for all CD jewel cases, DVD poly boxes or items that cannot be imprinted. Sample Policy: Factory does not carry any random sample. Factory will charge all samples on 1st column pricing plus applicable shipping charge. Please note all samples are non-returnable for credit or exchange.

Imprint method: Silkscreen Imprinting. Heat transfer and Pad-printing available. Please call for pricing & details.

Imprint Lead-time: All in-stock items 5-10 working days delivery, after receipt of the camera-ready artwork and or any paper or sample proof approval.

Less than minimum: $25.00 (V) applicable charge per order per item.

Screen & Set-Up Charge: $50.00 (V) per color per location for all new orders or re-orders with new artwork or any change of graphics. Different items using the same screen will charge an additional set up charge of $25.00 (V) per item.

Reset-Up Charge: $25.00 (V) per color per location per re-orders.

Typesetting Charge: $25.00 (V) for any in-house typesetting. Please call for special or curved typesetting charges.

PMS Color Match: $20.00 (U) per color match per order. Exact color match is not guaranteed.

Artwork Requirement: Adobe Illustrator or EPS file format in version 10.0 or lower. Multi-color artwork must be color separated.

Color Separation: Multi-color artwork must be color separated or a charge of $50.00 (V) per color will be applied.

Embroidery: Available only on certain items as noted on item description. $0.40 (U) per 1000 stitches. Tape charge $20.00 (U) per 1000 stitches.

Embroidery Lead-time: All in stock items lead-time 5-10 working days after receipt of the camera-ready artwork and or any paper or sample proof approval.

Paper Proof: No charge on paper proof.

Sample Proof: $25.00 (V) per imprint color plus bag's cost per sample proof per artwork. Available upon request.

Virtual Proof: $15.00 (T) per new or revised. Available upon request.

Payment Terms: Net terms on approved credit only. First order prepaid only on all new accounts. No order will be invoiced on net terms except on approved credit only, otherwise prepaid or credit card.

Warranty: Factory warrants its products against any manufacture defects, but not against any normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse due to any reason.

Acceptance: All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptance after such 10 days period.

Indemnification: Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, logos or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold factory harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork. 

Disclaimer Policy: Factory cannot guarantee continuity of exact color, size, shade, weight, packaging, and construction of the finished goods due to the nature of the products. Factory is not liable of any inability to ship any order on time due to quota restrictions, trade sanction clearing through U.S. Custom, or any natural causes. However, factory will try every effort to meet customer's delivery date. Fabric colors are not guaranteed to be color-fasted. Factory acceptance of customer's purchase order constitutes an agreement based solely on factory's terms and conditions regardless of those terms and conditions specified on customer's purchase order.

Disclaimer Policy Notice for shipping on any Calendar Jewel Case, CD Jewel Case or DVD Case Products: Due to the fragile nature of the Calendar Jewel Case, CD Jewel Case or DVD case products, factory will not be liable for breakage or damage due and therefore set reimbursement of said product of any order that is to be shipped by said carriers; UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or any other common carrier. The responsibility to report and file any claims of damage (including necessary forms) and seek reimbursement of monies or product, due to shipping falls with the said customer to do so. Factory will no long assist in any claim process. Factory will still double-box all individual cartons for any order that ships; UPS, Fed Ex or DHL as well as Strength-wrap all pallets if your order ships on a common carrier. Factory cannot guarantee the product to be free of damage once the said product leaves factory’s warehouse and is transferred to the carrier. Insuring items during transit is the responsibility of the customer. Factory does not recommend shipping via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL without the appropriate insurance. Factory will honor the same pricing for replacement or additional product for complete boxes due to damage or breakage that occurs during shipping with a purchase order. Factory will not ship any incomplete or loose pieces for replacement, complete boxes only.

Shipping: UPS or other common carrier. Any shipment up to 200 lbs will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Factory will not ship via U.S. Postal Office or Fed Ex Ground.

C.O.D.: Factory will not ship out any order by C.O.D.

Drop Shipment: Free of charge for the first 2 locations. $7.50 (V) for each additional location. All drop shipping information and labels must be received 2 working days before ship date.

Change of Order: Verbal change of order will not be accepted. Any change on any order must be confirmed in writing or by fax prior to imprint or embroidery order start. Factory reserves the right to refuse any change of order at any time.

Cancellation of Order: Verbal cancellation of order will not be accepted. All cancellation will be subject to charge at the cost of any sample, material, labor and shipping expended to date. Factory reserves the right to refuse any cancellation of order at any time. Imprinted goods are non-returnable. Returned authorization is required for any un-imprinted goods in their original cartons prior to shipping back to factory. Any unauthorized return will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Factory reserves the right to refuse any cancellation of order at any time.

Return of Order: Imprinted goods are non-returnable. Imprinted samples are non-returnable. Returned Authorization is required for any un-imprinted goods in their original cartons and in brand new unused or resalable condition prior to shipping back to the factory within 10 days after receipt of goods. Any unauthorized return will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s cost.  All returned in stock un-imprinted goods will be subject to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Customer Order Sample Proof: Available upon request only. Sample proof will be provided normally within 2 weeks from the date of Purchase Order and artwork confirmation. Sample proof may not be available due to limited lead-time provided by customer, otherwise a picture proof by email will be provided at no charge.

Custom Order Lead-time: Normal lead-time 60-90 days from the date of Purchase Order and after artwork confirmation. Actual lead-time depends on each individual order. Please call factory for details.
